Natlink, the leading hunting tech company in the Nordics, is making its popular wolf observation feature free for everyone in their next-generation hunting and wild game management platform. The app is set to launch before summer 2025.

With the free version of the new next generation app, users will be able to get instant alerts and make safer decisions before letting their dogs roam freely. The feature is power by a global community of nearly a million users using Natlink’s apps to share sightings in real time.

Previously available only to premium subscribers on the Natlink Tracker app, the wolf sighting map will be open to all users in the next generation new app. Reporting will still require a premium subscription to ensure data accuracy.

“We recognize that many dog and pet owners are concerned about the presence of wolves and other large carnivals in their communities” said Carl von Eckermann, Natlink’s CEO. “By making the viewing part of this feature available for free to the general public, we can contribute that anyone has a chance to take precautions to protect their loved animals. One of our goals at Natlink are to empower our users with the tools they need to stay safe and well-informed.”

While Natlink remains neutral in the broader debate over wolves role in society, its mission is clear: provide practical, cutting-edge solutions that help users stay safe during outdoor adventures.
The full version of the feature is already available in the paid Tracker app on the App Store and Google Play. For more details, visit Natlink.se for updates on the new platform release.
