In 2024, Natlink strengthened its place as the leading hunting technology company in the Nordics, now serving over 830,000 hunters and outdoor enthusiasts. This year brought significant changes, valuable partnerships, and a strong focus on innovation—all with the goal of improving the hunting and wildlife conservation experience for our customers and partners.
Bringing Together Strengths to Lead the Way
The intergration of WeHunt, Tracker, and Burrel under the Natlink brand was a key moment, marking the start of a new chapter in hunting technology. By combining the best features of each product, this merger created a smoother, more unified experience to meet the changing needs of hunters across Europe and set the stage for even greater value in the future.
Innovating for Tomorrow
In 2024, we launched exciting new products, including the Burrel mobile and web app, the Burrel E24 and N24 trail cameras, Tracker’s Luna dog GPS with its smart, ergonomic design, and a new e-commerce and subscription system. These advancements highlight our dedication to making tools that are easy to use, reliable, and efficient for hunters and conservationists. We also took big steps toward our next-generation hunting platform, “Project Link.” This initiative will combine the best of WeHunt, Tracker, and Burrel into one simple and powerful platform, planned for release in 2025, shaped by feedback from our hunting community.
Facing Challenges with Accountability and Growth
We look back at a record year with a +22% increase in devices connected to our system during our peak day, surpassing well over 100,000 devices simultaneously sending commands to our system. Unfortunately, a temporary service outage of our Tracker GPS service, which lasted a few minutes, tested our resilience. This moment reminded us of the critical importance of reliability in the technologies our customers depend on. Our swift response and commitment to constant learning from these challenges have inspired additional efforts to further fortify and invest in our systems to minimize disruptions in service in the future.
Building Partnerships to Accelerate Digitalization
We deepened our commitment to supporting a strong global future for hunting and conservation through partnerships with FACE (The European Federation for Hunting and Conservation) and CIC (The International Council for Game and Wildlife Conservation). These partnerships are helping hunting communities, both locally and internationally, gain access to our capabilities and expertise integrating technology into wildlife conservation efforts. Our involvement in combating African Swine Fever in Sweden demonstrated the practical impact of our solutions, further solidifying our role as a technology provider and leader in hunting and wild game management.
Looking Ahead to 2025: A Future Built Together
As we reflect on 2024, we celebrate not only our achievements but also the lessons learned. Every challenge we faced has strengthened our ambition to create better experiences for our customers and partners. With the upcoming launch of our next-generation hunting platform through “Project Link,” we are more committed than ever to delivering transformative solutions that empower hunters and conservationists alike.
To our community of hunters, partners, and conservationists: Thank you for trusting us, challenging us, and inspiring us. Together, we are shaping the future of hunting and wildlife technology—one innovation, one lesson, and one step at a time. Here’s to an even brighter 2025!
Yours sincerely,
Carl von Eckermann
