Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: February 17, 2026

Applicability: These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the products, tools, and services (the “Services”) provided by Natlink Group and its affiliated entities (collectively, “Natlink” or “we”).

General

Acceptance: By accessing and using our Services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms. Your acceptance of these Terms constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Natlink. We advise you to read these Terms thoroughly.

Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time by updating this posting. If we make material changes, we will notify registered users via email or through the Services. If you do not agree to the changes, you may terminate your Subscription or account before the revised Terms take effect. Continued use of our Services after the revised Terms are posted implies your acceptance of the changes.

Service-Specific Terms: Additional terms may apply to specific Services or features provided by Natlink. To utilize these Services, you must agree to the applicable Service-Specific Terms. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and any Service-Specific Terms, the latter shall take precedence.

Right to Refuse Registration: Natlink reserves the right to decline registration, deny access, or suspend accounts at our discretion if we suspect fraudulent, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate use.

Use of Services

Eligibility: Our Services are intended for individuals who are at least 13 years old, or such higher age as required by the laws of your country. If you are not of legal age to form a binding contract, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

Registration: To access our Services, you must register and agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself (“User Data”), and (b) maintain and promptly update your User Data as necessary. Natlink may use your User Data to provide and enhance our Services and as detailed in these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You are also responsible for not sharing your account or subscription with others.

Account Management: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for restricting access to your password, computer, and mobile device while logged into our Services. You are liable for all activities that occur under your account or from your devices. Although we use reasonable security measures to protect your account, you should immediately notify Natlink of any unauthorized use of your account or password, or any breach of security.

Third-Party Login: If you register for or log in to your account via a third-party network (such as Apple or Google), you authorize Natlink to pre-populate registration fields and/or use such third-party credentials to access your account. You agree to comply with the terms and policies of the third-party network.

Account Cancellation: You may cancel your account either through our Services or by contacting Customer Care. Before closing your account, you will have the option to export your personal data in a commonly used format, in accordance with applicable law (including the EU Data Act).

Upon account closure, your personal data will either be erased or irreversibly anonymised, except where we are legally required to retain certain information (for example, payment and tax records). Anonymised or aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained by Natlink for statistical, analytical, commercial or service improvement purposes. Once anonymised, this information cannot be linked back to you and cannot be restored.

User Responsibilities

Rules of Conduct: When using our Services, you agree to adhere to the following rules of conduct:

  • Respect for Others: Harassment, abuse, threats, or any form of violence or harm are prohibited.

  • Compliance with Legislation: Use our Services in accordance with all applicable laws.

  • Prohibition of Inappropriate Content: Do not share obscene, profane, or sexually explicit material.

  • No Hate Speech: Hate speech based on protected characteristics is prohibited.

  • No Unauthorized Commercial Activity: You may not use our Services for advertising or commercial purposes without prior permission.

  • No Fraudulent or Deceptive Behaviour: Misleading, manipulative, or fraudulent activities are not permitted.

  • No Impersonation: Do not impersonate other people, organizations, or Natlink staff.

  • No Intellectual Property Infringement: Do not post or share copyrighted or trademarked material without the proper rights.

  • No Malware or Harmful Code: Do not distribute viruses, malware, or other harmful software.

  • No Unauthorized Access: Do not attempt to hack, bypass, or disrupt accounts, systems, or networks connected to the Services.

  • No Illegal Use: Do not use the Services for illegal or unlawful purposes.

Compliance with the Terms: Violations may result in corrective measures, including content removal, suspension, or permanent termination of your account, with or without notice. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent denial of access and reporting to authorities.

Fees, Payments, and Subscriptions

Subscription Fees: Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription (“Subscription”). By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to pay Natlink the applicable fees (“Fees”) in advance for the selected period (e.g., monthly or yearly).

Billing and Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for each renewal. To avoid renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. At purchase, you will be clearly informed that the Subscription renews automatically. Subscription management and cancellation options are available in your account settings or through the platform you subscribed on (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store).

Free Trials and Promotions: From time to time, Natlink may offer free trials or promotional periods. Unless otherwise stated, these convert automatically to a paid Subscription at the end of the trial or promotion unless cancelled beforehand. Terms of any such offers will be clearly communicated at sign-up.

Price Changes and Variable Costs: Natlink may change Subscription fees. We will provide reasonable prior notice (e.g., by email or on our website). Price changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. If you do not accept the new fees, you may cancel before the next renewal. Some fees or costs may also vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., taxes, exchange rates, or third-party charges).

Refunds and Cancellations: You may cancel your Subscription at any time. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current paid period, and you will not be charged for subsequent periods. Payments are non-refundable, and no credits are given for partial use or unused products, content and/or services. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law. Natlink does not charge cancellation fees.

App Store, Google Play, and Stripe Purchases

  • If you purchase a Subscription or a one-time in-app product through a third-party app store (such as Apple App Store or Google Play), your purchase is also governed by that store’s terms and policies. In case of conflict, the app store’s terms will apply to billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Services once you have obtained access through such purchase.

  • If you purchase a Subscription or a one-time product and/or service directly through Natlink (for example, via our website or web application using Stripe), your purchase is governed by these Terms, including the sections on Refunds and Cancellations and One-Time Fees, together with any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.

Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Consumers): If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your initial purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. In such an instance, we will reimburse you within 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.

However, by purchasing a Subscription or digital product you may be offered the option to start using the Service immediately. If you choose to begin using the Service before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • The performance of the Service begins immediately upon your request, and

  • Once access to the Service has started, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal under EU law.

If you prefer to keep your withdrawal right, you may wait to activate or access the Service until the 14-day period has expired.

Payment Failures: If your payment method cannot be charged (e.g., expired card, insufficient funds), and you have not cancelled, you remain responsible for outstanding amounts. We may suspend or terminate your access until payment is received.

One-Time Fees: In addition to Subscription Fees, certain features or services may be offered for a one-time fee (“One-Time Fees”). One-Time Fees will be clearly disclosed to you before purchase and must be paid in advance. Unless otherwise required by law, One-Time Fees are non-refundable once the purchase is completed.

Data Protection

Compliance: Natlink processes personal data, and any other data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the EU Data Act, and all other applicable data protection laws, to the extent that they apply to Natlink’s Services or users.

Privacy Policy: Our Privacy Policy for end users (read here) explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, and outlines your rights. Please review it before using our Services.

Data Access and Portability (EU/EEA Users): If you are located in the EU/EEA, you may have additional rights under the EU Data Act. These include the right to access and use the data you generate when using our Services, and the right to transfer such data to another provider. Natlink will provide reasonable assistance to enable data portability in accordance with applicable law.

Data Retention and Deletion: For details on how your data is handled when you close your account, including export, anonymisation, and retention obligations, please see the Account Cancellation section above.

Use of Artificial Intelligence

Our Services may use artificial intelligence (AI) and automated tools to improve performance, enhance user experience, or detect misuse. These systems are not used to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on users. Natlink applies safeguards to ensure that AI is used responsibly and transparently, in line with applicable laws and ethical standards.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of User Content: You retain ownership of your User Content. You are responsible for it, and Natlink may remove any content violating these Terms.

License to Natlink: By sharing User Content, you grant Natlink a non-exclusive, transferable, global license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute non-personal User Content for the operation and improvement of our Services.

Personal Data: Your personal data will never be shared for commercial purposes without your explicit consent. If you provide such consent, third-party terms will apply, and Natlink is not responsible for their practices.

Data that has been irreversibly anonymized — meaning it can no longer identify you — may be used by Natlink for statistical, analytical, or commercial purposes, as permitted by law.

Proprietary Rights and Licenses: Natlink retains ownership of the Services, software, and content. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use them. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or misuse the Services.

Trademarks: The Natlink name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Natlink. Other trademarks remain the property of their owners.

Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to Natlink regarding the Services are considered non-confidential, and Natlink may use them without obligation to compensate you.

Service Availability and Changes

Natlink strives to keep the Services available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, upgrades, or events beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Service or feature at any time, with reasonable prior notice where practicable.

Natlink may also remove or restrict access to specific content, features, or modules if required by law, due to licensing restrictions, or for other business or technical reasons.

In such cases, if we permanently remove or make a material change that significantly reduces the functionality of a paid feature or service, and you choose to cancel your Subscription as a result, we will provide a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the current billing period.

Third-Party Services

Certain Services may integrate with or rely on third-party platforms (such as Apple, Google, Stripe, or others). Use of those services may be subject to third-party terms and policies. Natlink is not responsible for the availability, performance, compatibility, or practices of such third parties. Natlink may subcontract the provision of Services to third-party providers.

Termination by Natlink

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if:

  • you breach these Terms,

  • you fail to pay applicable fees,

  • we are required to do so by law, or

  • we decide to discontinue the Services.

We will provide you with reasonable notice where practicable. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately, but Sections that by nature should survive (e.g., Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability) will remain in effect.

In some cases, where Natlink terminates your Subscription for reasons other than breach, we may provide a pro rata refund for the unused portion of your Subscription, as required by law.

Communications

By using the Services, you agree that Natlink may send you notices and communications electronically (e.g., email, in-app and push notifications, or website postings). You are responsible for keeping your contact details up to date. Certain types of communications (such as service updates, legal notices or other types of operational notices) are mandatory. Marketing communications are optional and can be opted out of at any time.

International Use and Cross-Boundary Terms

The Services are operated from Sweden but may be accessible worldwide. Natlink does not guarantee that the Services are available or appropriate in all jurisdictions. Users are responsible for ensuring their use complies with local laws.

If you access the Services from a country other than your country of registration, you agree that additional local terms, conditions, and charges may apply. In case of conflict, such local terms take precedence over these Terms to the extent required by law. Natlink may restrict access to certain features or Services in specific regions if required by law or regulation.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

Disclaimers: NATLINK MAKES NO GUARANTEES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF OUR SERVICES OR CONTENT. YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT OUR SERVERS ARE FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITH NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Natlink shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.

Indemnity: To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate and hold harmless Natlink and its affiliates from third-party claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for any failure to perform obligations due to events beyond their reasonable control (including but not limited to war, epidemics, natural disasters, strikes, changes in legislation, or network outages).

Governing Law and Settlement of Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

Assignment and Subcontracting

Natlink may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Natlink may also subcontract the provision of Services. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations without prior written consent from Natlink.

Language Versions

These Terms may be provided in multiple languages. In the event of any discrepancy between translations, the English version shall prevail unless otherwise required by law.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any Service-Specific Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Natlink. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
